When heartbroken Mia takes a self-care road trip with her closest friends to a remote cabin in Autumn Creek, the biggest threat they expect is overcooked pasta and unresolved sexual tension. But when a bizarre ringmaster named Vincent Vile shows up at their doorstep—complete with a cursed VHS tape and a mysteriously breathing yellow balloon—things take a disturbingly inflatable turn.
At first, it’s all awkward giggles and ‘do not engage with the creepy balloon man’ energy. But once the tape starts playing, people start changing. Possessed by helium-huffing spirits from the VHS or entranced by the whispering yellow balloon, friends turn into foes, sexual tensions boil into absurdity, and one poor soul ends up with a balloon around his junk—weaponized like a latex-laced time bomb.

A PTSD-ridden former balloon animal artist named Rusty McGinnis, who’s had just about enough of this squeaky supernatural bullshit.
Armed with makeshift weapons and razor-sharp sarcasm, Mia and her gang must fight for their lives—and their sanity—against a supernatural carnival freak show. In the final showdown, a heroic kiss might be the only thing that can save humanity. Or at least stop the next airborne orgy.
